Gently rub your jewelry with a soft jewelry cloth to restore its shine. After every use, clean your jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Plated pieces can be prone to oxidation, so we recommend removing before you swim, shower, or apply lotion, makeup, or perfume.
Avoid exposing your sterling silver piece to chlorinated water and to cleaning products that contain bleach. Use a soft cloth to clean your silver piece.
AAAAA Cubic Zirconia
Clean your zirconia pieces with just warm water every day to keep its shine and sparkle, or soak it in a gentle degreasing solution (we recommend water with a few drops of mild dish soap). After soaking, use a soft, clean toothbrush to remove any remaining dirt.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email / SMS ( If opt-in ) from SARONT including a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active.
If you wish to track the status of your order, we highly advise using: ups.com for US orders and ordertracker.com for international orders.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email / SMS, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will respond and resolve as soon as possible.
WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED FROM?
- All US orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in California, US.
- All international orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?
As our orders are dispatched the next day, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after your order has been processed. However, if you make a mistake with your order such as a typo in your shipping address or wish to amend your order in any way, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work to rectify the situation, as long as your order has not been sent to fulfilment.
TAXES & DELAYS ( INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY )
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SARONT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritising the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld from the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. Please note that SARONT is not responsible for these delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.
Please note that whilst uncommon, your parcel may be subject to review and or scrutiny by your residential country border force/customs, which may cause delays. All goods imported by post or mail (whether for commercial purposes or personal use) are assessed for community protection risks, permit and import requirements, duty, taxes and other charges. This measure is out of our control and is by no means the responsibility or fault of SARONT.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer quick and easy FREE 30-day returns for all customers who place an order through us! Please continue reading to find out whether you are eligible for a return.
All returning items must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. SOUVOIR will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, SOUVOIR has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Souvoir.com ) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.
Note: Any modifications made through-third party vendors such as repairs, adjustments, changes, engravings etc will not be accepted for return.
ARE THERE RETURNS FEES OR RESTOCKING FEES?
Absolutely not! All items that remain within our 30-day returns window and are eligible via the above conditions, may be returned free of charge. However, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. If your returned order is above $50, we recommend that shipping insurance may be considered, as SOUVOIR does not guarantee that we will successfully receive your return.

For US orders, all returns will be shipped to our warehouse in California, US.
For international orders, all returns will be shipped to our warehouse in Shanghai, China
